CherrySoft Limited (“CherrySoft”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is an Ireland-based developer of mobile applications for iOS and Android.
We respect your privacy and are committed to being transparent about how information is handled when you use our applications.
This Privacy Policy applies generally to mobile applications published by CherrySoft Limited. Not every application uses every service described below.
1. Information We Collect
CherrySoft does not require users to create an account with us and does not directly collect or store personal information on our own servers unless this is explicitly stated within a particular application.
Our applications may, however, use third-party services for advertising, subscription management, analytics, and crash reporting. These services may automatically collect or process certain information from your device as described below.
The information processed may include device and application information, IP address, advertising or installation identifiers, app interactions, diagnostic information, purchase and subscription information, and crash data.
The exact information processed depends on the application, the services it uses, your device settings, your location, and your privacy choices.
2. Advertising – Google AdMob
Some of our applications are supported by advertising and use Google AdMob and the Google Mobile Ads SDK.
Google may collect or process information such as:
- IP address and approximate location derived from it;
- device and advertising identifiers;
- information about interactions with advertisements and the application;
- diagnostic and performance information; and
- other information required for advertising, ad measurement, fraud prevention, and related purposes.
Where required by applicable law, we request your consent before using information for personalised advertising.
Users in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, Switzerland, and other applicable regions may be presented with a consent message that allows them to make choices regarding advertising and data processing.
Depending on your choices and the applicable regulations, advertisements may be personalised or non-personalised.

3. Analytics – PostHog
Some of our applications use PostHog to help us understand how our applications are used and to improve their functionality and user experience.
Depending on the configuration of a particular application, PostHog may process information such as:
- application interactions and events;
- app version and operating system;
- device type and technical information;
- anonymous or pseudonymous identifiers; and
- diagnostic and usage information.
We use this information to understand application usage, identify problems, evaluate features, and improve our products.
We do not intentionally send names, email addresses, or other directly identifying information to PostHog unless this is specifically required for a feature and disclosed to the user.
4. Purchases and Subscriptions – RevenueCat
Some of our applications use RevenueCat to manage in-app purchases and subscriptions.
RevenueCat may process information necessary to provide and manage purchases and subscriptions, including:
- application and device information;
- anonymous or pseudonymous app user identifiers;
- purchase and subscription status;
- product identifiers;
- transaction information; and
- information provided by Apple App Store or Google Play relating to purchases.
Payments are processed by Apple through the App Store or by Google through Google Play. CherrySoft does not receive or store your full payment card or banking information.
We use RevenueCat primarily to determine purchase and subscription entitlement status and to provide purchased features.
5. Crash Reporting – Firebase Crashlytics
Some of our applications use Google Firebase Crashlytics to identify crashes, errors, and technical problems.
Crashlytics may process information such as:
- crash logs and stack traces;
- application state at the time of a crash;
- device model and operating system information;
- application version;
- diagnostic information; and
- installation identifiers used for crash reporting.
This information is used to diagnose technical problems, improve application stability, and maintain our applications.
We do not intentionally include names, email addresses, or other directly identifying information in crash reports.
6. Consent and Privacy Choices
Where required by applicable law, our applications may ask for consent before certain types of data processing take place.
For advertising in the EEA, United Kingdom, Switzerland, and other applicable regions, our advertising-supported applications may use Google’s consent management tools to collect and manage advertising privacy choices.
Where supported by the application, users may access privacy options again from within the application to review or change their choices.
On iOS, Apple may also present its App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permission where applicable. Apple’s tracking permission is separate from other privacy or advertising consent choices.
Users may also restrict certain forms of tracking or advertising through the privacy settings provided by iOS or Android.
7. Third-Party Services
Depending on the application, we may use third-party services including:
- Google AdMob;
- Google Firebase Crashlytics;
- RevenueCat;
- PostHog;
- Apple App Store services; and
- Google Play services.
These providers process information according to their own privacy policies and terms. We encourage users to review the privacy information provided by these services.
Not every CherrySoft application uses all of these services.
8. Data Retention and Security
CherrySoft takes reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information associated with our applications.
Because much of the information described in this policy is processed by third-party service providers rather than stored directly by CherrySoft, retention periods may vary according to the service and type of information involved.
Third-party providers may process or store information in countries outside your country of residence, subject to their applicable data-protection safeguards.
9. Children’s Privacy
Our applications are intended for a general audience unless otherwise stated in the relevant App Store or Google Play listing.
We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children.
Where an application is specifically designed for or made available to children, we take appropriate measures regarding advertising, analytics, and data processing as required by applicable law and platform policies.
If you believe that personal information relating to a child has been collected inappropriately through one of our applications, please contact us.
10. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights concerning your personal information, including rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing, and rights relating to consent.
Where processing is based on consent, you may have the right to withdraw that consent.
Some information associated with third-party SDKs may be linked only to an anonymous or pseudonymous device or installation identifier, which may limit our ability to identify information relating to a particular individual.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our applications, third-party services, legal requirements, or privacy practices.
